Build the agent, keep it running,
or work out whether you need one.

Foothills Digital—Sentrello Premier Partner

  • AWS
  • Azure
  • Google Cloud
  • DigitalOcean
  • On-premises Linux
  • On-premises Windows

Every one of our people holds active certifications on the platforms they work on.

Sentrello is our only partnership. On the clouds, it's our people who hold the certifications. We don't claim a partner tier, and we'll keep saying so until that changes.

Where this usually starts

Which of these have you said lately?

Most people turn up with one of these in their head, even if they haven’t said it out loud yet.

  • “We lose two days a month matching supplier invoices against orders by hand.”
  • “The chatbot went live in spring and nobody has checked on it since.”
  • “Everyone keeps asking about AI, and I honestly don’t know where to start.”
  • “We built something clever and the API bill climbs every single month.”
  • “I’d like to know what our staff are pasting into chatbots.”

What we do instead

Say the sentence, and we’ll point at the service

The first one is AI Agent & Workflow Automation, where we design and build the agents and pipelines that take a job off somebody’s desk. The second and fourth belong to Managed AI Services & Support, which keeps deployed AI and the stack beneath it watched and patched. Said the third or fifth? Start with AI Consulting & Strategy, and get your use cases ranked by return, with rules to go with them. Plenty of people begin with strategy and end up using all three. Every quote is written for the job, so you only pay for the part you need.

How it works

How the three fit together

In order when you need all of them. On their own when you don’t.

  1. Decide what’s worth doing

Consulting maps where your hours go and costs every candidate, supervision included. Anything that can’t pay for itself drops off the list here, before it costs you a build.

  2. Write the rules before the first agent

A governance framework and a one-page staff policy. Which tools, which data, who signs off. It’s far cheaper to agree this now than after an incident.

  3. Build the agents and pipelines

Automation work starts at the top of the ranked list. Each agent gets a narrow job, its own credentials and a human sign-off wherever money or a customer is involved.

  4. Run beside your team, then take over

A new agent drafts while a person sends. It takes the work over only once its output and your team’s stop disagreeing on live cases.

  5. Keep it watched for as long as it runs

Managed support takes it from there: quality tests on a schedule, alarms on cost, and drift fixed before your customers spot it. The stack underneath comes too.

Which service, for what

Related

  • AI Agent & Workflow Automation

Customer questions, purchase orders, the quarterly tax pack. We design AI agents and automated pipelines that take that work off a person’s desk, and we wire them so you can see what they did and why.

  • Managed AI Services & Support

Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, security and scaling for the AI systems you’ve deployed and the small-business stack they sit on. The aim is simple: notice the answers getting worse before a customer does.

  • AI Consulting & Strategy

We find the handful of uses that would pay for themselves in your business, then write the rules and the roadmap that keep them safe. Sometimes the honest answer is ‘not yet’, and you’ll hear it from us.

Not sure which one?

Tell us the sentence you’d have said, and roughly how big the business is.

We’ll tell you which service it is, or that it’s two of them, and what we’d do first.
