Managed IT
Moving the app takes a weekend.
Running it takes every week after.
We migrate any application to wherever it ought to live, then keep it running there. Upgrades, integrations, license renewals and vendor calls all land on our desk instead of whoever got stuck with it last.

Every one of our people holds active certifications on the platforms they work on.
Sentrello is our only partnership. On the clouds, it's our people who hold the certifications. We don't claim a partner tier, and we'll keep saying so until that changes.
Where this usually starts
Installed by a contractor, owned by nobody
It runs the thing you sell. A contractor put it in years ago, and these days the vendor’s support line goes straight to voicemail.
- The upgrade’s been on the list forever, because nobody remembers what the last one broke.
- It only runs on one server, and that server must never, ever be rebooted.
- The sync to your accounts package works. Nobody can tell you why.
- You’ve been told to move it to the cloud, and nobody can say what it talks to.
- The license renewed at a higher price, and whoever negotiated the old one has since left.
What we do instead
We learn it, move it, then look after it
First we learn the thing properly. What it runs on, what it talks to, who uses it, and what the contract says the vendor owes you. Then it gets a home that suits it, whether that’s a newer server, a VM, a cloud instance or the vendor’s hosted edition, moved after a rehearsal and with a rollback ready. And from then on it’s ours to run. Upgrades get tested before they’re applied, integrations are monitored like any other service, and when the vendor needs a nudge it hears from us, logs attached.
How it works
From the old box to the new one, and every week after
The move itself is step three. Most of the risk gets dealt with before it.
Learn the application properly
Ports, dependencies, data, who logs in and what they do once they’re there. Most of it has never been written down. By the end of this step, it has.
Pick somewhere better for it to live
A newer server, a VM, a container, a cloud instance, or the vendor’s hosted version if that’s the honest answer. We choose for what the app needs, then rehearse the move on a copy before touching anything real.
Move it, with the way back ready
A cutover in a window you picked, a rollback we’ve tested, and a check that every integration still answers on the other side. If something’s off, you roll back and try again another night. Nobody loses anything but an evening.
Run it like a service
Uptime, response times, error rates, queue depths and the links to accounts and the CRM, all watched. Known faults get fixed by the script written the last time they happened, so the response doesn’t wait for somebody to wake up.
Own the upgrades and the vendor
Each release gets read, tested on a copy and applied in a window, with a rollback. We chase the support contract and the renewal, and when the vendor says “that’s not us”, we send the evidence that says it is.
What we take on
Any application, however old
Line-of-business systems, off-the-shelf suites, the tool a contractor wrote in a hurry, the one that only runs on a single version of a single OS. If the business leans on it, we’ll take it.
Moved to anywhere sensible
A new server, a newer version, a container, or the cloud on AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or DigitalOcean. Moving a website or CMS off its platform sits under Migration, and the two often turn out to be one project.
Upgrades, tested first
Release notes read, the upgrade rehearsed on a copy of your data, a window agreed and a rollback ready. The upgrade that’s sat on the list for years finally happens, and the next one doesn’t take years.
Integrations someone’s watching
The link to accounts, the CRM sync, the nightly export to the warehouse. We watch for errors and for silence, because a sync that quietly stops costs you a quarter of reconciling.
The server it insists on
When an app will only run on an old OS, we fence it off, back it up and keep working on a way out. Meanwhile it gets patched where it can be and watched closely where it can’t.
The vendor, handled
We hold the support contract, the license and the escalation contacts, and we make the calls. You get the answer. You don’t sit in the queue.

Platform Migration
Applications, infrastructure, the legacy system nobody dares switch off, and every CMS from WordPress to Joomla. However old it is and whatever it’s called, if your business runs on it, we can move it.
Server & Infrastructure Management
Physical or virtual, Windows or Linux, in your building or in a cloud account, every server gets upgraded, patched and maintained by us. Patches roll out in rings, so the update that breaks something breaks the test box first.
Application Development
A two-screen booking tool or the system your whole company runs on. One team from the first whiteboard to the fortieth patch, so nobody inherits code they’ve never seen.
Which application keeps you up at night?
Its name, what it runs on, what it talks to, roughly how many people use it, and whether the vendor still answers.
Send us that and we’ll tell you whether it should move and where to, plus what we’d fix in our first month of running it.
