Managed IT
You own more than you think,
and pay for more than you use.
Hardware inventory, software licenses and lifecycle replacements, kept honest by automatic discovery instead of a spreadsheet. Every device found and every seat counted, with each warranty date known before it bites.

Every one of our people holds active certifications on the platforms they work on.
Sentrello is our only partnership. On the clouds, it's our people who hold the certifications. We don't claim a partner tier, and we'll keep saying so until that changes.
Where this usually starts
Quick, how many laptops do you own?
Nobody knows exactly. The spreadsheet was right the day someone made it, and the office has changed every day since.
- Discovery turns up a machine nobody listed, running an operating system nobody supports.
- The license true-up lands and you’re paying for seats that belong to people who left last year.
- The warranty ran out in May. You found out in June, when the drive died.
- A laptop dies on Monday, so someone drives to a store and buys whatever’s on the shelf.
- The old machines are piled in a cupboard, and the drives are still in them.
What we do instead
Count it, plan it, and stop buying in a panic
The inventory comes from the network and the management agents, so it’s still accurate in week two. Every license gets matched to who actually signs in, every warranty and support date lands on a calendar, and replacements are scheduled by age and role rather than by failure. What goes away is the emergency retail purchase on a Monday morning, which is an expensive habit to keep.
How it works
How we get your estate under control
Step one always turns up a surprise. Always.
Discover what’s really out there
We scan the network and the agents report in. Laptops, servers, phones, switches, printers, and the odd mystery box under a desk. Then we hold that list up against what you thought you had, and there’s always a gap.
Reconcile the licenses
Every subscription and perpetual license matched to the people and machines using it. Leavers’ seats come back, duplicates get merged, and the next true-up is a number you already know.
Put every date on a calendar
Warranty expiry, end of support, lease end, end of life. Each becomes a task with an owner and a lead time, so the drive that fails out of warranty was already due for replacement.
Replace on a plan, not after a failure
Devices retire by age and role, so the finance controller’s laptop runs a shorter cycle than the warehouse terminal. Purchases get batched, standardised and budgeted a year out. Cheaper, and a lot quieter.
Dispose of it properly
Drives wiped to a standard or physically destroyed, a certificate for each, and the asset marked disposed in the record. Nothing leaves with data on it.
What we track
Hardware, found by discovery
Laptops, desktops, servers, phones, tablets, network gear and printers, picked up by the network and the agents. Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS and Android in one record, each with a serial, an owner, a location and an age.
Licences and true-ups
Subscriptions and perpetual licenses checked against real use. Seats reclaimed from leavers, overlapping products flagged, and your position known before the vendor’s audit letter shows up.
Warranty and support dates
Every expiry and end-of-support date in one calendar with lead times attached. You decide to renew or replace ahead of time, with the quote already in hand.
Lifecycle replacement
Refresh cycles set per device type and budgeted a year ahead. Standard models, bought in batches, imaged before they arrive. People get a new machine on a date, not after an outage.
Secure disposal
Wiped or destroyed to a standard, certified drive by drive, and logged against the asset. Recycled or resold where that makes sense. That cupboard of old laptops stops being your quietest data breach.
A record you can ask questions of
What do we own? What’s out of support? What’s due next quarter? You get answers instead of a meeting, from the same record your help desk and your vCIO use.
Related
Helpdesk & Tech Support
Remote or on-site help for whatever your staff are stuck on, from a frozen laptop to the app that won’t open after an update. Software catches and fixes most faults before anyone notices. The rest go to an engineer who already has the logs.
Virtual CIO (vCIO)
Strategic IT budgeting, roadmapping and technology planning, from someone who knows your business by name. Every vendor contract gets read before it renews, and there’s a person in your board meeting translating in both directions.
Vulnerability Management
Regular scans of your systems and networks, then the bit most programs skip, which is patching what they found. We rank flaws by what an attacker can actually reach, not by the color the scanner painted them.
How many devices, and how sure are you?
A rough headcount, the platforms in play, and that spreadsheet as it stands today.
Send them over and we’ll tell you what discovery is likely to find, and what’s due to expire before the year’s out.
