Managed security

Run the controls,
and the proof piles up.

We audit your setup against HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2 and ISO 27001, get you ready, and keep you there. The controls run all year and the evidence falls out of the running, so nobody spends audit week rebuilding twelve months from memory.

Sentrello is our only partnership. On the clouds, it's our people who hold the certifications. We don't claim a partner tier, and we'll keep saying so until that changes.

Where this usually starts

Every year, the same two weeks of screenshots

Your controls were probably fine. The proof wasn’t there, so the two weeks before the auditor arrived went on rebuilding a year of it from memory.

  • The access review is a spreadsheet filled in the day before, from a user list that was already wrong.
  • Policy says quarterly. The evidence says “whenever the auditor’s coming.”
  • SOC 2 and ISO 27001 ask for the same control, and you prove it twice, in two formats.
  • Your PCI assessor asked for a diagram of where card data flows, and it turned out nobody had one.
  • Last year’s finding is still open, because the fix was assigned to a meeting instead of a person.

What we do instead

Controls that run, evidence that collects itself

A control that runs in software leaves a record every time it runs. Patching, backups, access reviews, log retention, encryption at rest: each one is scheduled, executed and logged on infrastructure you own, and that log is your evidence. When the auditor wants a year of proof, you export it. One set of controls maps to every framework you’re in scope for. We get you ready and keep you there, an independent auditor does the certifying, and the certificate is yours. That’s exactly how it should be.

How it works

How you get audit-ready and stay that way

By the time step five comes round, there’s nothing left to assemble.

  1. Scope what really applies

Which frameworks, which systems, which data. Put a laptop that’s never seen a card number inside your PCI scope and you’ll be maintaining controls on it forever, for nothing. We draw the line tight and write down why.

  2. Audit the gaps

Every requirement checked against how things actually are today, not how the policy binder says they are. You get what already passes, what’s close, and what doesn’t exist yet, ranked by how much of the audit hangs on it.

  3. Close gaps with controls that run

Wherever software can satisfy a requirement, it does, on an agreed schedule with every run logged. The human parts, like a risk assessment or a policy sign-off, get a named owner and a date.

  4. Collect evidence all year

Each control leaves a record as it runs, filed against the requirements it satisfies. Your audit evidence becomes the ordinary history of how you operate.

  5. Walk in with the file already built

We sit beside you through the auditor’s requests, because we know where every piece of evidence lives. Then we keep the controls running for next year.

Which frameworks, and by when?

The frameworks in scope, the date of your next audit, and last time’s findings, if there were any.

Give us those and we’ll tell you where the gaps probably are, which ones software can close, and how much of the evidence you already have without realizing it.
