AI strategy
Everyone’s asking about AI.
Nobody’s said what it’s for.
We find the handful of uses that would pay for themselves in your business, then write the rules and the roadmap that keep them safe. Sometimes the honest answer is ‘not yet’, and you’ll hear it from us.

Every one of our people holds active certifications on the platforms they work on.
Sentrello is our only partnership. On the clouds, it's our people who hold the certifications. We don't claim a partner tier, and we'll keep saying so until that changes.
Where this usually starts
You can feel the pressure. You can’t see the plan.
Every vendor you already pay has bolted an assistant on, and each one wants another per-seat fee.
- Half your team uses a chatbot at work, and none of them asked first.
- A competitor announced an AI feature, so now there’s a deadline and no brief.
- You’ve sat through four demos and still couldn’t say which one saves an hour.
- Nobody has decided which customer data is allowed anywhere near a model.
- A pilot ran for three months, everyone liked it, and then nothing happened.
What we do instead
We start from your hours, not from the technology
What AI can do is the wrong first question. Which tasks in your week are expensive and repetitive, with an answer somebody can check quickly? That’s where it pays. We cost each candidate honestly, including the time it takes to supervise, and rank them. Then come the rules about who may use what, with which data, and who answers for it when it goes wrong. You leave with a ranked shortlist and a policy your staff can follow on a Monday morning.
How it works
How an engagement runs
Five stages. The first two are mostly listening.
Map where the hours go
Interviews with the people doing the work, and a look at the systems they use. We’re hunting for tasks that eat an afternoon and could be checked in five minutes.
Cost every candidate
What each use case saves, what it costs to build and run, and what supervising it takes. One that saves ten hours a week and needs eight hours of checking goes to the bottom.
Write the governance framework
Approved tools, what data can go into them, who signs off a new use, and how an incident gets reported. Short enough to read, specific enough to enforce.
Set the roadmap
The order to do things in, quick wins first so each stage helps pay for the next. Every stage carries a measure that says whether to carry on.
Build it, or hand it over
We can build the first use case ourselves or brief whoever you’d rather use. Either way the roadmap is yours, written so somebody else could pick it up.
What you come away with
Use cases, ranked by return
Each one costed with its saving, its running cost and the supervision it needs, then sorted. You can argue with any line, because the arithmetic is on the page.
A governance framework your size
Approved tools, data rules, sign-off and incident reporting, written for a business like yours rather than cut down from a bank’s.
One page for your staff
An acceptable-use policy people will actually read. It says what’s fine and what needs asking about first, with examples drawn from their own work.
A responsible AI roadmap
Stages in order, each with a cost and a point where you decide whether to go on. Nothing in it assumes the next stage is a given.
A verdict on the tools you already pay for
Most of your software has grown an assistant lately. We tell you which are worth switching on and which are a per-seat fee for a feature nobody will open.
Regulated data, accounted for
Where AI touches data with obligations attached, the framework lines up with the ones you already have. We prepare you for the audit; we don’t pretend to be the auditor.

Customer questions, purchase orders, the quarterly tax pack. We design AI agents and automated pipelines that take that work off a person’s desk, and we wire them so you can see what they did and why.

Strategic IT budgeting, roadmapping and technology planning, from someone who knows your business by name. Every vendor contract gets read before it renews, and there’s a person in your board meeting translating in both directions.
Compliance Management
We audit your setup against HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2 and ISO 27001, get you ready, and keep you there. The controls run all year and the evidence falls out of the running, so nobody spends audit week rebuilding twelve months from memory.
Where does your week leak?
The two or three jobs your team grumbles about most, and the systems they run on.
Send us that and we’ll tell you whether there’s an AI case in it worth costing, before anyone spends money on a pilot.
